I think the customer service must have improved a bunch since I started going there, They take really good care of me. I do their buffet and beer almost every wed. night, and I always get enough to eat, they set up a special request pizza on the buffet for me, I look forward to my visits. I have always had a great experience with Double Daves, but, Sunday they went above and beyond without even being asked to do so. I ordered a set of pepperoni rolls for delivery to my store. Forgot that they did a Sunday special on them and ended up paying full price online. I didn't worry about asking for a price correction since it was my own fault and I was just happy to buy lunch for my sales associates since I never do that for them. The manager of Double Daves called and left me a voicemail stating she had corrected the price and refunded the difference back to me all on her own. That was very kind of her and I'm very appreciative of it! The delivery driver also pointed out the specials they do on the rolls and was apologetic that she didn't notice that I had paid full price before delivering my order. She was very kind and I feel like I should have tipped her even more! I highly recommend Double Dave's because of their truly awesome customer service. Great food as well! So I always right a review of new places I try, And I am so glad that I get to leave a good review for once!
Ever since moving to bastrop 2 years ago, I have always ordered Pizza Hut and dominos. Tonight was first time with you guys.
First off, your prices are fantastic!
I was a little skeptical with how much lower than the other two, the food would be.
Also, I was a little skeptical about the longer "delivery" time, from when the email was sent, that my food would be cold. (That is only reason you got 4 stars and not 5 was delivery time)
BUUUUTTT, Once my food got here, It was nice and hot! And delicious!

My order was messed up when it was delivered, 2 out of three pizzas were wrong (we ordered 5 items total) but I'm giving them 5 stars because they were really nice when I called about it and they were set on making it right.

We ordered pizza tonight and our first pizza looked like it may have been dropped. We sent them a picture of it here on their Facebook page. Last night I came in and when the young woman asked me how I was doing, I blurted out “my mom had a heart attack.” I meant to say “I’m fine” and just order but I said the most terrible thing ever. I apologized and ordered. When I tried to pay, she said “No, I’ve got it. It’s on me.” I didn’t know what to do, I was so touched.
