Dot Com Media did an excellent job with my website, and after a few short months we started popping up on the first page of Google! Customer service could be a little better, but overall a generally good experience. For background, I came from a much shadier (didn't realize it then, of course) seo firm, and when DCM talked to me about the issues on my website, I realized just how bad my current company was. I talked with one of their account managers, and they walked me through it in a surprisingly easy to understand way. Soon enough I started ranking in search engines, and business started flowing in. Cosmetic Dentistry is a tough market to crack. We spent a lot of money, wasted a lot of time, broken promise after broken promise left us with a fault website and a hole in our marketing budget. DCM turned things around. Our rep always picks up the phone, they make changes when we request. Our website gets a lot of compliments from our patients, it is easy to use and has a lot of videos and all of our forms come to us through the website. We are booked 5 days a week and we could not be happier with our experience. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the price, it's a little high for our budget BUT it has paid for itself so I guess it is a win win. I called them and they knew exactly what I needed. My representative listened to me and designed a contract that helped me to stay in my budget. They worked out a plan that gives me what I'm looking for. I'm about six months in but everything is working out just as they said it would. I'm so happy with their customer service as well.
