Awesome shop. My pup is learning how to be friendly after whoever knows how long of abuse. I took him to get groomed the other day and he was not having it but Jolene took control was super nice and got him taken care of Nali really appreciates it. They also gave him some treatment and he has for the most part quit shedding all over my stuff lol More...

So thankful for the staff here who were so accommodating for my dog, who doesn't get along well with other dogs. They arranged for me to bring her in at the end of the day when all the other dogs had gone home, and quickly trimmed her nails, keeping the experience less traumatic all around!

Really nice people. Had both our dogs done there and they say everything is done. Wash, cut, nails, teeth, ears, anal glands etc. Our dogs came out with little bandanas on, very cute. The reason for the only 4 stars is I gave clear instructions that I did not see the gal write down to remember was to keep their ears long, tails, and not to cut too close to their private areas. She forgot and cut short around ears. They still look cute we just prefer it long around ears and that particular area takes the longest to grow back. And the other reason, it's the most we've ever payed, $45 a piece. Our groomer at home charges $70 total and then I always tip so $100 for both was steep but I needed it done while we were traveling and the other reviews were mostly good therefore I do recommend you try them.
