Always on time, professional and under-price for their services. Not to mention all extra miles they would go for their clients. Service was great. Very professional, yet friendly and compassionate. I spoke directly to the notary when I called and she was immediately available that day to meet my dad and myself at a nearby rehab facility. She made a stressful situation as least stressful as possible. She spoke with both my dad and I kindly and with compassion; and was sensitive to the emotional struggle that was occurring which required this legal transaction. 10 stars if I could. Â She was first to respond sending an email within minutes, and was able to come out when we needed her, but much more than that. Â There's times when the world comes crashing down on you. Â Like when your kids 77 year old grandmother goes in for surgery and when she comes out you suddenly find out she's terminal and is now bed ridden and you're suddenly overwhelmed with not only caring for her, but paperwork you need to fill out. Jill didn't actually know this when she came to notarize something, but she was the kindest and nicest person possible. How is this Notary service not already #1 on Yelp! My fiancé and I needed a document notarized over a holiday weekend urgently - you can imagine the stressball I was. Her lightning fast response time, excellent communications, willingness to work with our schedule, and come straight to our door was more than I could ever imagine. Once arrived she was friendly, professional and certainly knew what needed to be done. Before we knew it, we were all notarized up (whatever that means!).
