Our stay was reasonable the cost of the room was to high for the quality of the room. Room was in need of a major update starting with the mattresses for the money spent the mattress should have been a pillow top. The amenities such as the shampoo and soap could be better quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent though the service lacked quality we had part of a glass of orange juice spilled on our table by the waitress without so much as a apology oops Im sorry I have stayed in three other hotels since the first of the year most of them were cheaper in price and higher in value I did like the access to the rooms with a door into the hotel and a door to the outside we did not have to leave the interior of the hotel to get anywhere and if we needed to go into the city it was near by and the car was right outside the door More...

For the money, Halls is an excellent choice. We had to unplug the strongly scented air freshener, and the H/AC vent had a squeak that went on all night. On Saturday, 10/12/19, we had a family dinner honoring our nephew being Deployed to Kuwait. There were 23 people (16 adults, 7 kids 9 and under). Samantha and Alyssa were Excellent servers. Dodging kids, providing excellent service, keeping the bills straight even though couples were scattered. Samantha and Alyssa were always smiling and kept our drinks full, the kids happy, and every order was exact! What a great way to send off our nephew for his 12 months of Service to the USA! I really enjoyed my stay. The old decor is awesome. The bar/restaurant brings you back in time and the rooms are unique in style. Service was top notch... Bartender was great amd the food was very good as well. Definitely would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. My husband and I stayed at Don Hall’s guest house for our mini honeymoon. We selected the romantic package which ended up being an even better deal than we paid for. We arrived late after the wedding so our dinner voucher had technically expired. However, they were able to transfer it over to the next day and even gave us additional breakfast vouchers. The room was nice and clean, and they were able to accommodate our request of sparkling grape juice instead of champagne. Our main concern was the general maintenance/upkeep of the outdoor appearance of the facility.
