I'd like to give them 3 1/2 stars.  This was our first time dining there. The atmosphere is nice - a good place to take a date. The building is quite old. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly (reservation). Our server was very nice and attentive contrary to some of the reviews. We had garlic bread (very good!), stuffed pork chop, and mushroom ravioli. All portions were more than ample - and we chose the half portion! Unfortunately, the tomato bisque soup left a lot to be desired. I expected a "red" soup - this soup had a cream (white) base with tomatoes. I tasted more dairy than tomatoes. This is the best Italian around. The food is amazing. If you get an appetizer, I highly recommend the Italian Nachos. I have been to Dominick's many times and the service is always great. This place is the real deal! The entrees are massive and enough for 2 if not three people to share. You also get free bread with marinara sauce. My favorite part are the lunch specials. You have to try this place! The food is delicious, and you get a TON of it! They put paper on the tables, so our kids were able to draw everywhere while we waited for our food and I didn't have to be concerned with them getting spaghetti sauce everywhere I can't wait to go back here! It may look like your average neighborhood italian joint, but Dominicks is anything but!I wandered in on Thursday for lunch, and was immediately greeted by Dana and a friendly staff and incredible aroma of amazing food. The restaurant was filling up quickly with regulars and I was made to feel welcome. I enjoyed a huge portion of Penne Casserole with Tiger Shrimp and took the rest home. Dominicks. Where do I even start? This place is my favorite. I've been here so many times. I've been with many different servers. But the 2 that stood out to me the most where Jeni and Steven. They provided great service and they where very kind. My favorite thing on the menu is the Full lasagna. I get the full so I have leftovers to eat later. The environment is wonderful in the restaurant. The aroma of pasta and sauce is very welcoming although it follows you home (hehe) anyways, this place it it. They also have a large back room to host parties in. My son had his grad party back there. Thank you Dominicks for the wonderful experiences   I forgot to mention dana. The was the manager and she was so kind and sweet. The is truly the heart of the restaurant and I am always excited to see her whenever I dine in. She even bartenders sometimes. She is a wonderful drink maker. I would like to personally thank her for her wonderful costumer service skills.I saw a review that said the tea was awful. I beg to differ. I was scared to try it the first time I dined in and it is now the only drink I get. I don't drink but my 24 year old daughter does. She said the dirty martini was amazing. More...
