I had plantation shutters and vertical blinds installed by Domenick's Blinds & Decor Gallery on Clark and I was very pleased with the service and the products. There were a couple of hiccups with mismeasuring but when the installer was here he called the office and the owner came right out to measure again. They also had the manufacturer out to measure his measurement to make sure everything was correct and the manufacturer from Ft Myers manufactured the shutters within days. What is important to me is the way a company handles errors and this company took care of it immediately. That is good customer service in my book.
