Miranda is so thorough and our dog is responding well to his in home training. However we took him and our other pets to be blessed by our parish priest and he was very distracted by the other dogs and did a lot of pulling. I'm going to speak with her on Wednesday to see how we can correct this. I have absolutely NO complaints only positive comments on her training skills and our dog's response. More...

Miranda and the team at Dog Training in Your Home are fantastic! I have two dogs, Minnie and Daisy, both Doberman - Chow Mixes. Minnie was the reason I called them. She is also part pit bull and was riddled with anxiety -- Couldn't be kept in a crate no matter the type of material (she literally pulled apart the clam crate and metal crates we bought), peed on the floor anytime she got nervous or excited (always having to steam clean the carpets was so time consuming), couldn't be left alone for more than 1 or 2 minutes (even in a gated back yard she would ram through the underpinning of our home to get to the front door) constantly dug holes in my backyard, always rough-housing a bit too hard with Daisy (I have a 3 year old so it makes me nervous), and she was very nervous out in public (like at the dog park, or pet store). Miranda came in with tips, tricks, treats and more! Minnie no longer pees on the floor at all (in fact I can't remember the last time she did since Miranda came by), she doesn't need a crate, she is 100% housebroken, doesn't dig my backyard up any longer, and is full of confidence. We also don't have to worry about leaving her alone for more than 2 minutes -- I've been able to successfully leave her home alone for 4 hours!!!! The monthly group sessions are great for her as well. Miranda continues to work with her through any additional issues we have (such as being a dinner thief) and Minnie always responds positively. I honestly don't think I could have afforded to keep Minnie if I didn't seek out the professional assistance of the folks at Dog Training in Your Home. Thanks so much guys! Sincerely, Kayla More...

I enrolled in petsmart puppy class, these classes are SO much more helpful. In class they could not see or experience actual problems by coming to your home it is addressed, corrected, and less stressful for pet and owner. I am sorry I spent the money on them. Morgan was our trainer and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. Our little Yorkie is is now leash trained, doesn't charge the door and knows all her sit/stay/place commands. I would recommend DTIYH to anyone!

We have been lucky enough to work with Lynn over the last two months! She is amazing! She has done an amazing job with our two pups and they absolutely adore her! All they want to do is make her proud of the progress they have made and show her what they have learned from her. I cannot say enough good things and I’m not sure where to start with all the praise. I’m located in the MB area and my puppy who is 8 months old has completed three sessions with Robert. Before meeting Robert I wasn’t sure how much confidence I had in the results I would see from hiring a dog trainer BUT my puppy is already 110% more obedient, he has learned essential “tricks” such as sit/stay and the come command, he’s stopped running to the door and out the door, he’s stopped begging for food, and also learned some fun tricks such as rollover (0: again this is just THREE sessions so far!! I’m so impressed and so glad I hired DTIYH. Having a well-behaved puppy is such a blessing and very welcomed change! They now have Lynn White as their trianer for Myrtle Beach. We could not be more pleased. Her command of attention and love from our dog was immediate and he followed her lead with every new command. Her teaching for us was very clear. She made it very possible to implement what she taught us throughout tthe week. We are so grateful and our little guy is becoming a new dog.

Adequate place to stay ,room very small ,shower didn't work ,got charged for parking in hotel car park,found staff polite and helpful,just not what I'd expect from a 100£ a night hallmark hotel, just AVERAGE !
