Vera is an amazing trainer who has been so helpful with our recently adopted dog. Vera has given us a lot of hope as our dog can be quite challenging. 5* Vera was instrumental in Tango's development, using positive reinforcement training to teach him basic commands and fancy tricks! From the first day we got in touch, Vera was incredibly knowledgeable, kindhearted and dependable. Tango gravitates to Vera any time she is in the room! We completed the AKC Star Puppy program (which allowed us to meet other new puppy parents and give Tango a lifelong friend network) and had a couple one on one follow up sessions. Vera came highly recommended by a friend at the dog park, and she did not disappoint. My husband and I learned effective ways to work with our dog within minutes of our first session. Our dog now walks calmly on the leash, greets strangers without jumping, and is overall much happier. Vera is fairly priced and worth every penny. Vera has been tremendously helpful with training our puppy! We knew we were taking on a lot (to say the least) when we decided to get a puppy with a baby on the way 3 months later. We are so thankful we found her. She helped us make sure out dog was getting the stimulation, both physical and mental, that he needed and that his needs were met. Introducing our puppy to our baby went seamlessly as she helped us set ourselves up for success beforehand. I would highly recommend Vera to help you train your dog. Cannot recommend Vera enough for all your dog training needs! Vera is professional and friendly and never ever makes you feel patronised. She has worked wonders with our newly adopted Shih Tzu who suffers with separation anxiety. Not only does she do an incredible job in training your dog, but also teaching you as an owner to better understand your dogs behaviour and how to read their body language. She doesn’t just turn up, train and leave. She gives you loads of things to work on and is always quick to respond to any questions you have between sessions.
