Sadly, I had to hire this company to do a search on a rental property. Thankfully, this is the company I hired. Nobody hires a PI looking for good news. Amy came in with the K-9 and got the job done. If you need any kind of investigation go with Amy as she is terrific. Amy was flexible in how I wanted to investigate what my husband was doing at a certain parking lot for 1 to 1 1/2 hour, accepting that I could track his car and so would know when he was heading there.  When it turned out that he was heading there earlier than usual Amy dropped everything to immediately go there.   This contrast with my call to another agency  and their way that would involve possibly more time than the 4 hour minimum because they wanted to follow him from his work as if I couldn't track his cars location.  I also liked how while Amy was doing the surveillance she kept me updated by text and phone calls.  She went beyond the surveillance to find out more information about the place my husband was going and told me what she had found out.  She is great. I had need of a private investigator because I had been aggressively and relentlessly stalked for 4 1/2 years. The police just told me I was delusional and washed their hands of it, because they didn't want to be bothered. When I first found Amy, it was after contacting five men on yelp, all of whom had five star ratings. There was the guy who, for $500, would park in front of my gate for 4 hours. Then there was the guy with the baby cams for $1000. The guy who did investigations for JDs, who, because I am on disability, determined that my stalker did not exist.Amy is a no-nonsense, down-to-earth woman who came to the table with a bevy of services to offer, and for me in particular, she had some very good viable options. After some discussion, I decided to place my safety and security in her capable hands. Upon doing so, high end security cams were installed in my condo. Amy is continually vigilant in watching those feeds, too. How do I know this? She calls me and checks in with me. She calls me when any of the cameras are down, or if the video is blocked by some object placed in front of the camera. She has even called me and checked in with me about my cleaning service, which I appreciate, as they are new, and I have to take my dog out of my home and trust that they will be honest.Finally, as my space has been constantly and intimately invaded my a man for 4 1/2 years, broken into several times a day and so on, I cannot tell you all what a relief it is to have a woman on the job.Private investigation is still a boys club. Doerner Investigations has been wonderful for doing backround checks on my potential employees. I have been able to make educated decisions on hiring an employee or not. It amazes me how many people don't own up to the truth!! There really is a difference between using the online backround service that says they generate the whole picture but dont even show 1/2 of what you see with a complete PI check.  Being informed has helped me run my business with much more confidence.
