Just visited the recently relocated Docs in Edwardsville. Â There is much more seating space, and a separate entrance for take out orders. Â Two things have not changed, the fast friendly service, and the AMAZING food. Â I enjoyed the brisket sandwich with a side of corn casserole. Â Looking forward to eating here again soon! More...

When we arrived we had to place our order at the register. We decided to dine in since this was our very first visit. I ordered the half slab with seasoned fries and cole slaw and my dtr had the cheeseburger with seasoned fries. We were given a number to take to our table. They were busy but our orders came out very timely. Everyone there was attentive and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. They will be moving to a new location on October 31st. The new location will be twice as big and I'm sure twice as busy. We cant wait till our second visit at rheir new location. More...

Food was amazing!!!! Will definately be back. Had the pork steak, while it had a little too much fat for my liking, it was super tender and very flavorful. The macaroni was a pleasant surprise, they use white cheddar. The corn casserole was different...but in a good way. Kinda like mushy sweet cornbread with kernels or creamed corn. The award winning bbq sauce is outstanding! The wait was...eh. Would appreciate more variety of drinks. My biggest complaint is the temperature. It was so cold in there. Fans couldn't be turned off. If you want MidWest BBQ, this is the place to go. Portions are well worth the price. And this is the only BBQ place I've found that has such LARGE sizes of the side dishes. They don't skimp out on the sides, the meat or the explosive flavors here!! I can't wait to visit this place each time I go. But be ware, bring an empty stomach or prepare to take a doggy bag home. This place is a great place to eat. I hadn't been there until a couple of months ago and I've been several times now. I keep trying new things and I heard that they're looking to expand! They need it! Each time I've been, the service has been pleasant and reasonably fast. I have had the burnt ends, brisket, ribs, pulled pork and chicken. Side wise, the french fries, green beans and of course the mac and cheese! The nachos are by far my favorite thing to get there and you can get a half order! I haven't been able to try too many of the award winning deserts, but I did try the caramel pie and was blown away! I would like try the bread pudding! Great experience and great people!
