The absolute best!! I trained with captain Samer and i went from 17.4% to 14.4% body fat! Was super knowledgeable and helpful helped with my food and always answered my texts. Going to renew and keep it going!!

Samer is probably the most knowledgeable trainer in all of NJ He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself.

Samer is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.
His consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently.
The results were faster than expected.

Ive worked with several trainers over the year and after nearly 1 year w/ Coach Samer at DNA - training has become an integral part of my lifestyle. The most professional, well informed coach and the workouts never fail to kick me back into shape. My unique approach is very different from most personal trainers, I have over 20 years experience as a trainer, have completed over 20K personal training sessions with clients around the world and have my Master Personal Training certificate from IFPA.

Yes, I have a special program designed to allow for remote or online personal training sessions. Each program is customized for each individual clients goals. Reach out for more details.

I am fully vaccinated and happy to wear a mask upon request and keep at the CDC Recommended distance. Also online sessions are available for those who prefer.
