Just enjoyed the most delicious sandwiches at this lovely place. The food was plentiful and obviously prepared with care and quality ingredients. The whole restaurant was immaculately clean and fresh and roomey feeling. I'm definately going back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with that special flair in it's food and atmosphere. More...

Searching for places to eat in the local area and this place randomly popped up on Facebook. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food, owner and experience was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is chill with excellent music. My husband and I absolutely loved the restaurant's minimalist industrial aesthetic which pays homage to the Greater Waterbury areas roots in major factories/mills. In addition, the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our meal was delicious! The quality, freshness, and tastes of our appetizers, lunch entrees, and beverages were outstanding! The service was delightful and very professional. We look forward to returning to add desserts and cocktails to our experience. More...
