I have worked with Dmg security company for 2 weeks at the encore /xoxo night club in Charlotte . I wasnt satisfied with the way the business was run. I was getting paid under the table and not in a proper matter , problems with the pay and no professionalism at all. Let me just start off by saying.. TOP TIER PROFESSIONAL COMPANY !!! And also black owned!!! I've lived in Atlanta for a while now and have had numerous experiences with different security companies but nothing beats DMG Security. Other companies were extremely unprofessional and it was quite disappointing. I was extremely happy when my property switched to DMG Security. I currently reside in Buckhead and I feel extremely safe at my property. Tk and his entire team are extremely professional, sweet, attentive and on top of things! They always make sure the safety of the residents come first. I definitely feel safe at night knowing DMG Security is there. I hired DMG security for a private event and i was very impressed. During the hiring process DMG displayed honesty and integrity. I liked that their security guards were highly trained and skilled to handle all situations. Their communication skills were impeccable and they took the time to ask me questions to make sure to cover all bases. The guards was physically fit, and very observant I automatically felt safe under their protection. They were very respectful and didn’t even complain when the event went over an extra 40 minutes.
