What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love when. people get their aha moment, That moment when the fog clears and they can see the wood for the trees. That for me I like pure gold! Coaching is my aligned path.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching had always been my passion, After recovering from a near fatal aneurysm which led to a stroke, I decided to shift my focus on helping fellow stroke survivors realise stroke is not the end, A New Chapter Awaits. From the very first coaching session where my client had a breakthrough, I realised that coaching was my thing. My passion.

I'm someone who has a genuine passion to help others. I bring a variety of tools to bear in my practice. My goal is to help my clients along their journey to become whole. I get fired up, excited and passionate watching clients let go of their limiting beliefs and story they have been telling themselves about why they cannot move forward. We only get one life, so let's work together to make sure its a great one.

My Coaching Practice is online/remote so that I am. able to help as many people as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work online or over the phone so covid is not an issue. Therefore I haven't had to make any adaptations
