I engaged David and his team to design two very significant projects for me...the complete gut and redesign of my office building and a 1st generation build-out of a cafe-style office environment. Both projects involved substantial challenges not the least of which was my lack of experience as a client and the complicated series of approvals we needed to obtain from the municipalities we were dealing with. David was able to take my imperfect vision and translate it into a fantastic outcome which captured what I wanted in my mind's eye but had a difficult time explaining. He was patient, enthusiastic, supportive of my vision and able to meet deadlines. He worked very well with my contractor and gave me a quality that I had hoped for but didn't expect.
