Wow! These women are the real deal. Best property management communication I've had. It's a rough market these days and it's hard to find the right place. It's also extremely hard to rent from property management that have a lack of communication. I called and immediately was helped and they worked around my work schedule so that I could view the house the same day and make a decision before applying. I was ready to apply before I saw it because it's been soo hard to get through to other property management companies and then know where in line you are in terms of applications already received. It's just a gamble whether you can see the place before someone else can or submit an application in time.. even after submitting it's hard to get a response of what's happening from other companies.     Dede and Kristine have been extremely on top of helping me and communicating what the situation is. I feel hopeful that we will fInd the right place for us.. and if they aren't able to help us - I still feel like this company is top notch. There's no doubt in my mind they would be amazing to have as property managers for landlords and tenants. More...
