What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide remote bookkeeping in QuickBooks/QBO for your business, so you can focus on what you do best, growing your business. We can also help with your accounts payable, receivable and payroll. We are available to do the tax return or work with your tax accountant to get them the reports needed to file the taxes.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Having your books in good shape is important. You need to know where you are currently, so you can make informed decisions about your business going forward.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy completing a job. In doing accounting work, you can have a feeling of accomplishment as you close a month and move to the next.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In working for someone else, you don't have the freedom you have when you work for yourself. I'm sure you understand what I mean. There is a different set of responsibility when you are working for yourself.

We have been in business over 11 years. I have been in accounting over 30. We have the experience to get the job done right and timely. We will take care of the accounting, so you can focus on what you do best.

Everything we do is done remotely. We have been doing business like this for several years. We have online conferences thru Zoom. We use QBO online for accounting, bill.com for accounts payable and usually Paychex or one of the other payroll services for payroll. All of these services can be accessed from an internet connection anywhere.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We already work remotely, so Covid did not change how we do business. We hope that our customers and families remain safe thru this troubled time.
