I hired DJ Thump from all the way out north of Seattle on simply a word of a friend. I had never met Patrick or seen/heard any of his work. So I was putting a ton of trust into my friend. Our wedding was all the way out in Orcas Island so we had to do a lot of the planning via phone and the internet. Patrick was very professional and responded to my every waking message very promptly. When it came to the wedding day I was a bit nervous because I was not able to get ahold of Patrick due to terrible cell phone service. I just prayed he would have everything under control. Thank goodness he is as amazing as he is because he did have everything under control and he was where he needed to be when he needed to be there without any direction from me. It was wonderful to not have to worry about him. Even after the ceremony he quickly grabbed his stuff and set up down where the reception was. He was so fast and proficient it was amazing! When I finally got the reception he was at the door to meet me for the first time. He was very on top of it and knew what he was doing. You simply cannot go wrong with DJ Thump. Our wedding reception was an absolute blast, he cleared everything he wanted to do with us while still leaving plenty of room to be surprised. He was beyond thoughtful, and was happy to meet with us in person prior to the wedding. And when we arrived, suffice it to say it was immediately clear how happy he is to go the extra mile in ways you wouldn't expect. I met Patrick Nolan when one of my sons was married. We absolutely loved him. Not knowing exactly what we were doing he helped us make decisions with the music, lighting, and was excellent as the master of ceremonies. Patrick is very easy to work with. He returns phone calls right away and answers all your questions quickly. I had an idea of doing a slideshow for the mother son dance. Had no idea how to do it. Patrick took my pictures and made it for me. Amazing. He kept the party going while making sure we got everything in at the right time. What can I say. Patrick was amazing! He was very accommodating and we had a very tall order for him. And he completed it with no problem. He was an excellent MC and DJ for My wife and my wedding. Every announcement he made was on time and he kept the party moving with his music. He even let the wedding party members know when they were supposed to walk down the isle to the song we chose via a cue card that I gave him. In the afternoon my wife was thirsty and looking for a drink from the ice tub and Patrick offered her one of his. Later that night I had burned my finger lighting a sparkler for a sparkler send off and Patrick offered me a cold compress to keep it from blistering. Thank you Patrick for your help for our wedding! We hired DJ Thump after seeing his talents multiple times at Rock Bottom where we enjoy taking part in karaoke. We always knew we wanted to include karaoke at our wedding reception, so DJ Thump was naturally the best choice, and he proved it! Not only did he provide his services at our reception, which everyone loved until the last minute, he was able to help out with speakers and microphones at our wedding ceremony, which was at a totally different site. After undertaking the daunting task of planning my wedding in Seattle, WA even though I don't live in that state, I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and responsiveness of people such as Patrick (DJ Thump). Patrick was very organized, courteous, and not to mention a fantastic DJ. He was very flexible with the price, his music collection is amazing and really easy to navigate which songs to choose, and he even offered to go to my reception venue beforehand to look at their equipment setup.

On the day of the wedding/reception Patrick was already onsite when I arrived which was great! I was very impressed with his DJ skills as well - he kept everyone moving on the dance floor! Such a fun wedding and reception and Patrick was definitely able to keep the party going.

Patrick was wonderful. My guests danced until the very end, there wasnt a single moment that we werent all on the dance floor. I only gave a 4 for quality because he did things in a sort of strange order.....but in his defense, he gave me the option of making a timeline and I decided to just wing it. He did an amazing job, and the uplighting he provided really made the space look like I envisioned it in my head. DJ Thump is amazing! He did the preceremony, ceremony, and reception music for me and it was perfect. He is very easy to get a hold of, has a professional website that is easy to use, and has so many songs it's almost overwhelming! I think I changed my mind about my wedding song at least 5 times and each time it was no big deal. His appearance and equipment are both very professional.
