DJ M.I.R.A. (The Funky White Boy)

DJ M.I.R.A. was fantastic, and he was fun to work with. We told him about our event, which was the launch of a local pickleball academy for kids, and he was simply a pro. The venue was outside at pickleball courts, and there were about 50 close friends from the Scottsdale-Phoenix crowd there. He showed up on time, quickly set up, and got a fabulous vibe going before the guests even showed up. When the guests arrived, they were ready to play pickleball, the kids were excited, and everybody was having a good time. The music had us dancing and our heads bobbing, was still family friendly, and was the perfect addition to our launch event. DJ M.I.R.A is a pro. He reaches out to you, does a walk-through of the venue to check lighting and set up, wants an understanding of your event and will aim to please. During the event, he’s good at reading the crowd and will maire you’re ok with the volume since it’s so easy to get carried away with the music. I will definitely use him again for my next event. Mark was amazing! He DJ’d my daughter’s 16th birthday party tonight and we couldn’t be happier. He was very detail-oriented, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the playlist was exactly what she wanted. He arrived early to set up and communication before and during the party was excellent! The lights and smoke/fog were amazing. Every time the smoke came on we knew because there was loud excitement from the kids! The difference between Mark and other DJ’s is he mixes the music perfectly so there is never a delay and it’s timed perfectly. Most importantly, the kids loved it! Mark created an awesome vibe at our party. He read the audience, picked the right music with the right tone and made the party! He blended the songs so well with his high tech equipment that you would recognize the song, smile, carry on party conversation and then recognize another and smile. He got folks dancing.
