DJ Lou hosted our wedding and did an amazing job! He was there very early and had everything set up prior to us even getting there! He coordinated everything and made it flawless!!! Our guests raved about how much fun they had... DJ Lou was very entertaining with the adults and children that attended! He brought hool-a-hopps, light up rings, limbo and other games! It was very entertaining.. This is the 2nd time I've used DJ Lou and was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend him for any party or wedding. My husband & I recently got married on June 28, 2015 at the Inn at Millrace Pond in Hope, NJ where DJ Lou provided the music for our wedding. We were referred to DJ Lou from our family members, and from our very first meeting, DJ Lou's professionalism and personal demeanor made it so easy for us to work with him throughout this whole process. When my guests were arriving, DJ Lou made sure there our song choices were being played. There was never a moment of silence from the beginning to the very end! DJ Lou played all of our song choices (even though we gave him an extensive list) and did not stray from our playlist. He seamlessly transitioned from old school Frank Sinatra to our classic rock choices to making sure everyone was out on the dance floor dancing to our favorite 80's songs. I cannot say enough about how much DJ Lou went above and beyond to make sure that we had the wedding that we had always envisioned. No exaggeration - DJ Lou MADE our wedding reception. After attending a party for a friend that DJ Lou worked, we immediately hired him for our wedding. Lou easy to work with from the very beginning - he answered our calls and emails promptly, had everything we requested, and was nothing but friendly and professional.

DJ Lou did an amazing job of making the entire wedding reception feel included, without being obtrusive or overbearing. We had some weird song requests at the last minute (foreign music not readily available & amateur music from a personal CD of one of our guests, for example) and he accommodated them without hesitation. DJ Lou got everyone up on the dance floor and having a great time. We got so many compliments, several of them saying that he was the best DJ they'd ever heard!

I was introduced to DJ Lou by a colleague who used him for several school events (she was a class advisor) and then her own wedding. She had nothing but praise for Lou, and I know why. Lou is absolutely excellent!! My fiance and I loved him from the start. Planning the music for our reception was a breeze, the easiest part of our wedding planning experience. Lou is knowledgeable, personable, funny, friendly, and professional. We hired Lou for the reception only. We had booked a string quartet to play for the wedding service. About a week before our big day, the string quartet cancelled unexpectedly, and we were in a real bind. We were nearly tapped out financially and didn't know what to do. Lou offered to take care of the wedding music, and it was as beautiful as could be. He never even charged us for this above and beyond service. My husband and I were so grateful. The wedding was beautiful, and the reception was the best fun. Lou played from our rather lengthy list, found tine to play guest requests and kept everyone dancing and laughing with the toys he handed out. We have amazing pictures !!
