DJ Barney

This is the second time I've used this DJ and I will def use him for ALL my future Dj needs. Let's start with communication: Barney is very prompt in getting back to your questions you may have, and is very courteous. He shows up on time and does not bother your guests at all. He sets up lighting all while not disturbing your party or getting in the way. He doesn't show up with an entourage ( I would tell them to leave!). He even gave me these L.O.V.E. Light up signs for our wedding as a gift and it made our dance floor stand out even more. Barney is quick to play any request you may have. He set up wireless lighting in backyard that went with our plexiglass covered pool dance floor. I had a live Banda playing in between sets as well but I think everyone enjoyed the DJ  more. We have had so much fun with Barney as our DJ that, both times we used him, for New Years and our wedding, the party went on until 3 am. Barney is very professional and doesn't act like a douche like a lot of other DJ's.  and he even helped out by taking very good photos and videos and sending to me. (Thank You Barney) And he was very accommodating instead of just packing up and leaving at our original agreed upon time which was 1 am. I will def recommend Barney to my friends n family. My husband and I could not have been happier with DJ Barney. He was recommended to us by a family friend who could not say enough good things, so we already had a good feeling about him. After meeting with Barney, my husband and I pretty much knew we would pick him for our daughters birthday. We felt Barney understood us and our kind of music and the kind of atmosphere we were hoping for. We still met with another dj, but we knew Barney was the right choice! Barney was easy to get in touch with in the weeks and days leading up to our party and he always got back to us promptly. I even emailed him the day before and he got right back to me! I knew our party was in good hands and I was right! Barney remembered everything we requested throughout the evening and it was so great knowing that I didn't have to worry about a thing! The dance floor was always full and people had a great time dancing. So many people came up to us during the wedding and afterwards praising Barney and the music. One of my husband's friends even said it was the best party dj she had ever experienced. My husband and I know our tastes in music but we also knew the crowd of our wedding and Barney "got" that. Me and my husband booked Dj Barney for our wedding this past Friday. He was very professional, attentive to our requests, and took time to go over the wedding timeline the night before our wedding. I really liked how he played all the music we requested for our wedding. We were also very happy with the uplighting he brought for the menu it made the reception look amazing. When it came to the "honeymoon dance" he called it the "dollar dance" which we preferred "honeymoon dance" but it's just a minor detail. We hired barney and his photo booth services for my daughter's quinceañera, prints were fast and very good quality photos, props were super fun as well, he had a good selection of hats and hand held props which we all enjoyed, I recommend him for any type of party that you have, he covers weddings, backyard party's, anything he'll take care of you!!

I hire DJ Barney for a family event at a hall and his set up is amazing, we went with the full set up with truss and it was exactly what we expected, all his lights are synchronized via dmx which I'm familiar with it, when it came to the music he is also a great Dj, basically you get all in one with him, a great Dj, great light and great emcee, I highly recommend him!

I was in L.A. for a friend's wedding and DJ Barney was there performing. Trust me -- I've seen some second-rate wedding DJs --  DJ Barney was AMAZING.  He had a full set up with lights, amazing sound, and a photo booth with high-quality photos. I went to a wedding in The San Fernando Valley this past weekend. Dj barney was the Dj. I was really amazed at his professionalism, Dj Set up, lighting and his music selection. We danced from the beginning to the end. we did not even sit down. Hit after hit he kept everybody dancing the whole night.His lighting set up was amazing. for a moment, I thought I was in a very upscale club in Las Vegas.He also had a photo booth at the wedding. We kept going to take pictures because his photo booth was really nice. The prints were really good quality. he had really nice, cool & funny props.I had a chance to go talk to Dj Barney after the event and he is a real nice down to earth guy. We had DJ Barney as the main DJ for our WEDDING on April 16, 2016 and I have to say that if it wasn't for him, things wouldn't have been as smooth, coordinated, and successful as they were. He pumped up all our guests for the wedding party entrance, toasts, dollar dance, & cake cutting; he made people laugh and start dancing without having the groom or myself having to worry, or having to tell him what to do, say, or play! THAT FOR ME, was the BEST feeling in the world! We discussed prior to the wedding day what we wanted, and the timeline of events, and he himself coordinated and took over that day...I was amazed. I was just at dj Barney's house party this Saturday, my friend booked him and he was great.He had a great variety of music, even thought he didn't had a play list from my friend at the party. Tonight I was at one of DJ Barney's house party!The music selection was great, he was given a playlist and he follow it but mixing the songs together!
