I was lucky enough to have Avera DJ my 4th annual NYE party in Hoboken to ring in 2020. She really killed it! Her set was incredible and she really made the entire evening. She had all our guests dancing the entire night and brought in the new year in style. My roommates and I still rave about how much it positively impacted our NYE Party. Avera truly brought my 25th birthday party to the next level. She was prepared, came early to set up, and was so fun and easy to work with. The best sign? She made ME look like an expert party host because of how much fun everyone had. I can confidently say the great time was due to the music.

Avera was so in tune with all of us there - my friends plus my boyfriend’s friends have different music tastes and yet everyone was dancing and into the music the entire night. She asked me questions about my and my guests’ music preferences well ahead of the party and clearly took time to prepare the right mix of music.

DJ Avera was the DJ for my 10 year reunion in NJ. She made an awkward dance turn into a party the minute everyone got there. Everyone was nervous it was going to be boring since there was no hard alcohol but it was so much fun! 10/10 recommend, she just lit up the room and the dance floor.
