I arrived 30mins early for take out and they worked so hard to get it ready as soon as possible - really appreciated the level if service. The food was out of this world! It's not just the chicken they knock out of ther park - ribs are to die for, wings were amazing. Recommend trying the different sauces they offer. My family usually orders for delivery, which is such a great option. We decided to pop in at dinnertime on a gorgeous Saturday evening with a party of six. Clearly I wasn't thinking ahead and it slipped my mind to make reservations. That being said, the employees were incredibly helpful and quickly made perfect accommodations for all of us even though they were slammed. I couldn't appreciate it enough, every employee was thoughtful, helpful and personable. The food was downright delicious and I'm already looking forward to our next visit. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!! A couple nights ago, my mom and I went out to eat here at Dizzy Chicken, and it was FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC. The potato skins were tasty, the arugula salad was one of the best salads I've ever had, and the chicken entrees were unbelievably good. I went for the 2 chicken thighs with the red cabbage, garlic roasted potatoes, and a small thing of the Dizzy Sauce -- which is kind of like a garlic aioli. Omg I have been to a lot of places that say they serve smoked food, this place is the only one that does it. I absolutely loved this place and the food was outstanding along with the staff. Our first visit was a pleasant surprise. The house smoked brisket was melt in your mouth. The chili was flavored perfectly. Good (but not great) meats.My family got the meal for 4 which included a sampling of chicken, brisket, and pork.The rotisserie chicken was the best meat - very unique taste. The pork had too much BBQ sauce that overwhelmed the meat. Pork may have been cooked too fast.The brisket was mediocre - perhaps it was also cooked too fast? This is approximately the brisket you'd get in a diner...not what you'd expect from somewhere that claimed to specialize in brisket.Service was super friendly. My wife and I were staying for 2 nights in Saratoga. We were walking around town and noticed Dizzy Chicken, we both noticed that it was clean, neat and had enough interesting items on the menu that we said to each other, guess we should give it a try. We were greeted by Jake and seated on the deck who also waited our table. We ordered the 1/2 chicken and 2 sides. Everything was just delightful, the food was absolutely great, prices were very reasonable and since it happened to be a little slower on a Tuesday evening we had the pleasure of having a great conversation with Jake and the owner Justin who by the way is a graduate of the esteemed CIA chef institute. After passing by while driving several times and after reading other reviews, my wife, daughter and I finally paid a visit. We are sorry that it took us so long to try it! The atmosphere was casual but very welcome and dining in was not a problem at all. we each had something different between chicken, brisket and different sides and each one was excellent. We will be coming back with friends and cannot wait for the warmer weather to sit outside. the staff was very attentive and friendly, while the proud owner, Justin, was very happy to show us the smoker. I'm in trouble! We enjoyed our first lunch today, excellent food, exceptional service. And looking at the menu I noticed the "order online app" and just downloaded it for fun.
Then my wife said "you can order when u put leave work and pick it up on the way home."
I know what we're having for dinner Monday!

I order from the Saratoga location at least twice a week for lunch. The food is not only amazing but their staff is incredible. ( I recommend the chili and Mac and cheese). But everyone at work has loved everything we have ever ordered. Unlike other delivery services downtown they have never taken more than 40 minutes... max. Today the delivery man forgot my rootbeer and he came back with two for the inconvenience. (Which wasn’t an inconvenience at all) That just shows customer service is vital to them. I come from the south where BBQ is life, especially smoked ribs, and I can say hands down, these St. Louis style ribs were the BEST I've ever had.
Fall off the bone, tender, not dry at ALL, so damn good !
Topped off with an order of parmesean fries, roasted garlic herb red potatoes (spuds are very versatile) while dipped in their horseradish house sauce- absolute perfection. 10/10 the cooks know what they're doing and the staff is friendly and easy going. Defintely getting BBQ from there again! Thank you for the great quality
