Well the Dixie Diner has lost my family as customers and my parents were going there weekly. Thanks to Shayla (sp?) for ruining this restaurant for us. We have always loved the food, but she didn't just have her mask below her nose, it was hanging down around her neck! And if it even began inching up her face, she pulled it back down! My elderly parents were so uncomfortable having her as their waitress, they weren't even that angry that she completely forgot about them and never refilled their coffee because at least she wasn't breathing all over their table then! The majority of the customers were elderly, meaning high risk, if you don't want to wear your damn mask and do the right thing, DON'T WORK THERE!! MY family will never ever give this restaurant business again. More...

First time since pandemic that we've returned to Dixie Diner. Didn't go inside but ordered through the drive-thru. We both got Dixie Super Nachos. We had no idea the chips would be extremely salty. second time in a row they completely messed up our order. we said last time we would never come back here but we received a gift card for Christmas so figured we would try it again. worse this time then last time. Greek salad with no meat and no onions also stated it was for a vegetarian apparantly really means lots of onions and packed with chicken. when I picked up the order I was told to go thru the drive drive thru so I did. the lady took my card and handed it back to me with the food and quickly closed the window and walked away. no receipt. I have no idea what I paid for my incorrect food. I was never told and have no receipt. I will most likely give what ever is left on the gift card away. will never return again. very unfriendly and inaccurate service. beware of this place. I highly recommend Royal diner just up the road or mile or so. much better. More...
