Best seafood around! My family comes here every time we come to Florida. Their food is fresh and they bring out corn fritters while you wait for your food. I'd recommend their rock shrimp.The bathrooms are extremely nice too. Update: recently came back and we were seated in the newer section which is very nice. They really can seat a lot of people so it almost always looks packed based on the cars in the parking lot but you usually don’t have to wait for a table. If you do have to wait they have a fish pond outside and will give you fish food to feed them. Sometimes you will see turtles in there. We read the reviews and decided to try out Dixie Crossroads after a local recommended it. We were warmly greeted by our server, Darcia. She brought out the corn fritters...delicious! Food is absolutely incredible. Had the crab legs and clam chowder. The clam chowder was awesome and definitely did not disappoint. The crab legs were well prepared easy to crack and meat came out easily clearly cooked to perfection. Price was not too bad for seafood anyway. Paid about 100 for three people to have a lb. And a half of crab legs and clam chowder. Friendly staff but there was a big mixup with the check. Our server mixed up the check of another table and charged my card for someone else's food. She chased us down to fix it and we had to wait about 10 minutes. Everything was fixed but not much of an apology was offered so that was a little disappointing but still overall a good experience. Had the lobster dinner, very succulent, good size for $19.99. Prices for one dozen Rock shrimp dinner is now up to $15.99 though they are still very good. I have been going there for over 20 years so I've seen quite a change in pricing over time.
