I highly recommend. The exterminator was extremely thorough and detail oriented. I had such a serious mice problem and haven't seen a single sighting or dropping since their visit. Truly the best in the industry.

My apt had serious rodent problems (droppings everywhere) and sticky trap were going to cut it. I looked through multiple vendors ( though had to be licensed) and from initial consultation I knew they were the one. Price: 5/5 ($$$$, Please read context below)I live in a 3 floor, two family, post war house that was held together by duct tape (literally my pipes had duct tape on them- but a story for another time). For them to do the every floor and basement  was about $2k which is totally worth it! Plus, they have a one year guarantee. So, if the mice come back within that time period they come free of charge.Service: 5/5I called multiple other places that offered me $350 and a 3 month guarantee without even seeing my buildings. I would literally have beg them to visit first before making an estimate and that rubbed me the wrong way. This place required an initial consultation and gladly walked me through the areas of concern in my apt (ex. Behind the stove) and how they got to their pricing. They would pull out the appliances (for free) and I would just need clear some space for them. Super helpful when you have elderly people!All in all,  I am super satisfied with their work and haven't seen mice since. It was steal for them to do my whole building and I am insured for a whole year. More...

We talked to two service providers and chose DRA for the method of extermination. Still early days following treatment, but very impressed by the prompt, transparent communication, warranty and clearly outlined scope of work. Everyone we dealt with, whether in person or over the phone, is obviously focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Do not use for cockroach treatment. Technician asked whether I was seeing German or American cockroaches, and that was it. No questions like "where are you seeing them" "how many have you seen / how long have you seen them for" - the absolute basics. Technician went straight to putting gel in the hinges cabinets and spraying floorboards. 15 minutes later, the technician was out the door. I don't have an issue with the treatment method, but there's no effort to figure out a strategy or plan for treatment. No advice on what to do except to make appointments for follow up treatments.  FYI - they provide extensive instructions about emptying all cabinets prior to treatment, which is a ton of work. But it all turned out to be completely unnecessary, since the only work done was putting gel on hinges.  I had been satisfied with their mouse proofing, and thought they'd be thorough with roach treatment as well.  Not the case, and am wondering if the positive experience with mouse proofing was a fluke. District Rodent came and did an inspection and evaluation of my apartment.  From the time they began working I saw the professional manner in which the technician did his work.  HIs work was impeccable and he understood how truly upset I was about the situation.  Christopher was my technician and he was able to figure out the main source of the problem. Since his visit my problem has been solved.  My Neighbors are relying on the building to help solve the problem and months later they are still dealing with their mouse problem.  District Rodent Authority is an EXCELLENT company! I did move forward with DRA, but right after I scheduled the work to be done, I found out my building is actually doing the same thing on their dime, so decided to cancel my appt with DRA.  That was an easy process as well.  The DRA team is responsive, detailed, and know exactly what they are doing.  Setting up appointments, sending over proper documents, and the communication all around was great.  Definitely recommend and if my building doesn't get the job done, will be calling DRA right back.  Thank you team. Their customer service was excellent - they were prompt in getting back to me following my initial inquiry and answered my many questions kindly.  They sent someone over to do an inspection almost immediately, and the service technician was SO nice, quick, and thorough. I am hoping we don't see anything in here, but they are coming back two more times in the next month, which should solve the problems (I hope).
