Dish Bistro never disappoints. We went there on New Years Eve. For appetizers we had the Balsamic Pork Ribs, Crab Cake Bites, Chicken Dumplings, and Balsamic Chili Brussel Sprouts. WOW! You could have stopped right there. What a delightful array of flavors, one just better than the next. For our entrées my wife and I both had Duck à l'orange that was spectacular. Cooked to perfection and very moist and the orange sauce was not overpowering. My son had a Dish Burger which is one of the best burgers in the area. I've had it several times. I finished my meal off with Sticky Toffee Pudding with Irish coffee. You have to try this desert. It is unlike anything I have tasted. This was my first time back after a disappointing visit way back when it opened under new ownership. On that day, my main course was a little overdone and the ambiance was a bit chaotic with a staff that was obviously new at their jobs. However, it was also obvious that this restaurant had enough potential to warrant trying it again at a later date, if it survived. Survive, it did, and I finally had the occasion to give it another try. I am so glad I did! The menu is more diverse, and my order was delicious and cooked to perfection! The staff was courteous, quick and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect for couples and groups of friends on a night out.
