Health Coaching
If you have been yo-yo dieting for years and wondering why you can't get to the results you want, I can help. We can work through some of the things you don't even realize is getting in your way. Most of know WHAT we are supposed to do, but sometimes that's not enough. I'll be your cheerleader to get you to the results you want!
Life Coaching
If you need help with stress, relationships, finances or balancing all of the above and more, I can help! I have a 12 week program that help us work through anything that may be getting in your way from living your best life.
Reiki
I am a certified Reiki practioner that wants to help bring balance to your life. Reiki energy is strong and can be done over distance or in person. If you feel out of balance and some time to center yourself, I'd love to give you a treatment. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which is a deep meditative state for the client while I help balance your Chakras
