I begin my love for food at a very young age cooking with my Italian grandmother. Every dish I serve is truly made with love & passion. I strive to create bold dishes full of flavor that carry balance in every bite. I love to take fresh new and exciting ingredients and use every piece as waste is not an option weather it be using the carrot top to make a pesto or the tops of veggies or meats to make the base for soups.

Hired Disco Kitchen to Cater our Appreciation Lunch today.
She did an excellent job. We planned for a Taco bar just something simple for our crew and the food was just excellent.
The beef was very tender and flavorful and not bland like some places, the chicken she prepared was also very tender and flavorful. However when it cam to the bean and rice I totally wasn't expecting what she had made. The beans and rice combined with some carrots and onions turned out delicious. Everyone enjoyed thier homeade salsas as well.

What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish would have to be my red sauce and meatballs. It is a family recipe that has been passed down for 3 generations.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to my clients to really get a feel for what they are looking for. I strive to find items that are in season so tweaks to what they want would be if something isn't in season ect. I like to give bold menus that showcase my versatility in the kitchen.
What do you love most about your job?
I love catering to people and feeding them. I want to create memorable experiences for all my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love & passion for food is what started my business. I wanted to continue to love food which is why i decided to find a way I could serve people and pick my own schedule.
