Sara is one of a kind. She is kind, motivating, smart, strong- i could go on and on. She has been the major force behind me hitting every goal I set out for when we started working together. I went from not being able to do a full pushups to squatting and bench pressing over my bodyweight, getting leaner and learning so many awesome new exercises that I love doing on my own even when we’re not meeting. I’m happy to be back in person now but during quarantine Sara helped craft home workout programs that kept me active and allow me to not lose progress. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Listening. Although some clients may have similar goals, each client is different from the last, which means there may be a slightly different method needed to put them on their way to achieving their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to love your body the way it is now. Achieving your goals takes hard work and commitment, and that will be hard to do without any self love.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part about being a trainer is the friendships I have made along the way. I've trained a lot of really cool people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to have a job that I really enjoy showing up for.
Personalized Remote Programming
Month to month programming that can be accessed through a very user-friendly app on your phone. Workout programs are individualized based on fitness goals, client schedule/ availability , and what equipment clients have access to. This monthly package also includes unlimited coaching/ support and video exchange for form analysis and feedback from your coach (me). Two video call check ins per month are also included.
1 on 1 Personal Trianing
Personalized training sessions to help you towards your goals at Dirty Water Fitness. Packages include both 30 minute and 1 hour session lengths to best fit your needs/ schedule. Experienced trainers and state of the art equipment to keep your sessions focused and interesting.
