So I just tried to order Pizzas from Duffy's for lunch today through this service and got a call from them after I completed and paid for my order with our office credit card and was told that they weren't going to be able to deliver my order because they had no drivers and that they would refund the order right away for me . .. such a bummer - and just one more sign of the shortage of workers in our area ...so - hot tip - before you go to the trouble of ordering and paying - maybe call them to make sure they are able to deliver? How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Using the information you send us, we will reach out to our network of affiliate restaurants and negotiate bids for your catering request - we can often negotiate exclusive deals for you as we have established contractual relations with our affiliate restaurants! We then send you the prices and food options for all of the bids we receive for your order. You just select the bid you want, and we take care of the rest!

Event Catering Services
Step 1:
Using the information you send us, we will reach out to our network of affiliate restaurants (currently over 20 restaurants and growing, including renowned local options such as Thai Kitchen, The Good Bowl, Folgarelli's, The Filing Station, and more!) and negotiate bids for your catering request - we can often negotiate exclusive deals for you as we have established contractual relations with our affiliate restaurants!
Step 2:
We then send you the prices and food options for all of the bids we receive for your order. You just select the bid you want, and we take care of the rest!
Step 3:
Our dispatchers (Real people on a live phone call, available Mon-Sat 11AM-8PM) will be available should you require any assistance with your order.
Step 4:
Our drivers drop off your food from a great local business, when and where you choose! (We also offer an array of utensils, serving solutions, and more to fit your needs.)
Note: DinnerBell Catering Services are drop off only, we do not offer staffing for events.
