We order from dine in about once a month. Delivery drivers are always friendly, food is delivered in the time frame quoted. One time there was a small issue with our food, which was the restaurant's fault. Dine In called the restaurant, who ended up sending a $10 gift certificate, and also Dine In gave a credit to use toward our next order, from any restaurant. Outstanding customer service! More...

We just had our third baby and received a DineIn gift card as a gift from my husband's employer. (Great gift idea, by the way, for anyone who's just had a baby, surgery, etc. ) Our order was correct and we received it in the amount of time the website said we would. yesterday i ordered lunch for work using DineIn, which i've done several times. i was in a meeting so had to order online instead of call. within 10 minutes of my order, i was called twice: once to apologize and inform me the delivery time was not available due to high demand and asking me to call back to arrange another time, and once to apologize but to inform me they could deliver a half an hour early instead if that would suit. i called them back, and they apologized a third time for the inconvenience and confirmed an earlier delivery time than i'd requested to make sure i received my order in time for our lunch break. when the delivery man arrived, he insisted on bringing the food downstairs to where we were meeting because the bags were heavy, and he proceeded to arrange all the food on the table we had set out and made sure i had everything i needed. there was a mixup on something unrelated to the food, so i emailed them today, and i got an immediate response with a fix to the issue. never was i made to feel like i was an inconvenience or too demanding for needing delivery when they were busy. throughout the process, they were incredibly accommodating, as much within their means, and genuinely courteous, kind and responsive.
