Very knowledgeable organization on SEO. They listen to your needs to meet the respective customers expectations.

Matt is a great sales person and makes wonderful promises including being always available to chat- claiming that I had his personal cell phone and could call him anytime. From the moment I was charged for services I was handed off to handle 100% of communications through Karrie, who doesn't understand SEO. She is a receptionist essentially.

Matt doesn't answer or return phone calls.

Once my monthly SEO report was ready, Karrie asked me to go through the report with her where she just read off the percentage increases and decreases. When asked what those percentages are measuring she would tell me "I don't know" .

When asked to go through the report with the SEO specialist, Karrie said "Unfortunately we can't do that, but give me one moment and Ill ask them what it means" she put me on hold and came back to let me know that the SEO specialist "Doesn't know what this means- they will have to contact the company that provides the report." So I hired and SEO company that can't even tell me what is on the report they are sending me.

Matt initially pushed to have a website created for me, even though I already had one. Claiming that WordPress is much better for SEO. However Digital Kings created a DUDA hosted website- not a wordpress website.

On multiple occasions, simple edits were mis read and wrong information was posted live to the website- which resulted in multiple alarming phone calls from confused clients.

No email campaign services were provided.

No Schema services were provided.

No sales were generated over the 3 months span of our contract together.

The two things that actually broke the straw on the camels back so to speak, is that when I reached out to Matt letting him know about a few of my frustrations, I was called by Alex- the "owner" who would yell off the number of phone calls I received through Google since starting my contract with Digital Kings (something like 5-10 phone calls in the last month). I kid you not, yelling through the phone the number of people that visited my website, and what ever number he could find, and so forth. Then Alex asked me to wait until the end of our monthly contract was over to prove that their services could get me some sales and that he "wouldn't leave me hanging until the 20th" Guess what? I didn't hear from Alex for the next 20 days and had to call myself to finally cut things off.

Lastly, all I asked what that they stopped the DUDA hosted website, and instead I was *AGAIN* told to do this myself.

I STILL have blogs showing up from the DUDA host, opening to broken links.

My last hope was to email Karrie asking that her team simply take down what they had put up, so that my old website could be exactly how it was before Digital Kings did anything. And once again Karrie replied with " I don't know" and contact your website host for help.
