Dienifer is an amazing trainer! She really goes out of her way with the workouts and motivation. She is incredibly punctual and is always willing to work with your schedule. I am so glad I found her!

I absolutely love training with Dienifer and would recommend her to anyone, any day. Unlike many trainers I’ve worked with in the past, she really does train you based on your level of fitness. She has a philosophy about day 1, she doesn’t push someone beyond their limits because they will never come back, and she’s so right. I’m now 1 year in with her after being sedentary for the entire pandemic, and she’s been able to keep me motivated, and frankly, excited for our training sessions. She pushes me a little harder every time, always considerate about going at my pace so I don’t hurt myself or feel sick.
