Dickeys could care less about their customers. They can never get a delivery order right, and if you call to let them know something is missing, their attitude is "too bad". If you write a review, they say "Thanks for letting us know how we can improve". No apology, no attempt to make anything right for the customer or any future customers. Just ate at Dickey’s BBQ in coldwater MI. Worst barbecue I’ve ever had didn’t even make it home! I’m sitting in a bathroom in a speedway gas station purging my bowels! ! I haven’t had stomach pain like this since I was young!! Every piece of meat I ate was refrigerator cold! Only thing warm was jalapeño baked beans!! Rest of the food sucked!
