So my husband decides he wants a pool table in our formal dining area but I still wanted a formal looking dining room. We were looking for a dining top for our new pool table and weren't having any luck. We looked locally but either couldn't find anyone or the only company available was way too expensive. We looked online but again the prices were too high or the only dining tops available were the flimsy kind. We finally found Diamondback Billiards and spoke with Steve who helped us purchase a reasonably priced table top (for half the price of the local ones!) and was able to get it delivered and shipped within 1 1/2 weeks, literally just in time for Thanksgiving! When we received the dining top the quality was very surprising and we were more than pleased. It looked so good and so much like a part of the table when family came over for Thanksgiving they asked us where our pool table was lol! I was really impressed with the expertise these guys have.They were able to custom match and color every aspect of our game room to match our current decor. They even have a specialized level when they installed our pool table and shuffleboard that can tell the difference in the thickness of a dollar bill. Pretty impressive.- true professionals! More...

Update # 2. As agreed upon with my discussions with the owner, Me Reynolds I received the last part of my order via UPS. I cannot think how the situation could have been handled any better and I appreciate the hands on approach of the owner to reach out, to listen and come up with a win win resolution for both of us. “I am updating this review after the company contacted me. I got a call from Mr Reynolds the owner this afternoon. I was happy with his effort to call and we came to an agreement that we both can be happy with. I know things can fall through the cracks and I appreciate Mr Reynolds reaching out to talk and resolve this issue for both of us. Based on our interaction and sincere effort to make sure I was happy I would recommend them.” I ordered a Olhausen Play Kit over the phone after receiving a quote. They billed my credit card right away on May 19 but nothing was shipped. After contacting them several times for an invoice they finally sent a photo of an invoice on June 1 saying that they didn’t know why I hadn’t got the emails. The invoice was dated on May 24 which is 5 days after they charged me. I asked for an update on June 7 and 8 and on June 8 got a response that they were looking into it. The order did show up on June 12. The order was incorrect with the wrong finish and the wrong table cover. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I informed them in June 12 and they again said they would look into it on June 13. On June 16 and 18 I asked for updates. On the 19 th I was told the boss was looking into it and how to fix it. On the 27 th I asked again for an update and received nothing. As of July 11 th still have not heard back. I have given up hope on any resolution with this issue and am moving on with my life. I would have given them Zero Stars if possible. More...

We had a table made by Diamondback and it is amazing. The few minor issues we've had they were right there and made everything perfect. They have an amazing sr sales consultant Karl Shorb who really knows his stuff about designing pool tables and what needs to be considered buying one. Strongly suggest meeting him and he will hook you up! He is the Nicest guy and will listen but not pressure you into anything. More...

I went to Diamondback Billiards to purchase a table game for my wife on her birthday. The salesman (Karl) showed me a few different options. The one I decided on was not in inventory at his location. He called the Tempe location and had it delivered to his store that same day. I was unable to get back to the store to pick it up because we had dinner reservations during the time it was delivered. I just wanted to take a minute to thank Diamondback Billiards for the incredible service and the superb knowledge of all of their products. This made me feel comfortable with the choice my husband and I were making. Also I want to give a big thank you to Mark Stoller for taking his time and explaining the various cues to us. When he stated that he had 23 consecutive years in the industry he was not kidding!! I've never met anyone who knew more about custom pool sticks than this guy. On top of it our family is playing on our new Hampton-Olhausen table nightly. We have so many great laughs, conversations and family time together. These guys are real class acts. My wife and I were in the market for felt to cover a used table we had just recently purchased. Originally we called solely to inquire when their store in Gilbert was scheduled to open, but we also asked for a quote on the felt. They quoted such a great price that we decided to make the drive into Tempe as opposed to waiting for the Gilbert store to open.
