How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is even more important than ever nowadays because of today's current global health crisis. I have seen over 22,000 patients since 1990 and sometimes having a healthy diet helps and sometimes it doesn't. I take a look at many factors when constructing a health restoration program... hydration, diet, supplementation, exercise, mindset and genetics.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting the patient to achieve triple-threat status... looking good, feeling good and becoming internally healthy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to help others since childhood. I chose to have a solo practice because I like to have quality control over the treatment plans.
