I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with additional certifications as a Corrective Exercise specialist (for those with injuries), and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life from beginners to professional athletes.

In addition to a clients end goal, I set smaller goals throughout the process. Therefore, the client is always striving to achieve something. The long term goal can be a bit intimidating for some people. It’s the small wins along the way that keep people motivated.

Consistency! Just like in everything else in life, you have to remain consistent with your fitness goals to achieve the body of your dreams. That includes nutrition/diet. I can help you change your mindset, so that this becomes a way of life and you can sustain the body of your dreams.

Yes I provide online services for individuals and groups. I go live through Zoom and can coach clients real time.

I have mainly transitioned to virtual training. It allows for great workouts without coming in contact with anyone outside your household.
If a client is looking for in-person training, I perform sessions outside in a near by park so that we can maintain social distancing. I also always wear a face covering.
