What do you love most about your job?
I know that each person has the potential for greatness locked inside them. I love those moments when clients realize their greatness. Those breakthrough moments when they realize what is truly achievable. Those moments when they know they are going to attain the goals.
I love seeing my client "WIN".
What inspired you to start your own business?
I founded Dewrell Coaching because I was frustrated and tired of the current thoughts of "work/life balance". This notion that every person is split between a work version of themselves and a personal version of themselves. What utter bull!
We are who we are wherever we are!
We do not need work/life balance. What we need in life is cohesion. The notion that we are one person. A person who works, has a family, friends, faith, and all the other aspects that make us, us. We don't need to balance who we are, we need all the aspects of our lives working together to our true purpose. Our "Big Why."
Why should our clients choose you?
I am willing to roll up my sleeves, get in your corner and help you. No generic ideas here. No "pie-in-the-sky ." For clients ready and willing to put in the work, I will be there.

I work almost exlcusively online with my clients. The ability to use tools such as Zoom, enables me to meet with clients more readily and pass on the cost savings of less travel.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With an excluaive online presence, COVID-19 is not an issue here.

Group Coaching
When I am working in a group setting – although it’s not singular in nature – having the entire group’s input in thinking magnifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create.
The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.
Generally, my group coaching sessions are centered around leadership and follow the teaching of John Maxwell, Napolean Hill, Dr. Maxwell Maltz, and other leaders
Peer Advisory Group
This is for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are tired of being a "lone wolf". They are looking for an opportunity to meet with a group of peers to help them solve their currents issues and provide help from their strengths.
Peer Advisory Groups are built around specific team dynamics and are by invitation only.
