What do you love most about your job?
I spent 37 years serving communities as a law enforcement officer in the USMC, in an international policing mission with the United Nations, and in two sheriff's Offices. Coaching people and groups to achieve their potential is deeply rewarding and allows me to continue both to serve people and to see the "fruits of my labors" too!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I needed a way to fill the void of personal service after my law enforcement career.
