We needed a move-out cleaning for our townhome and had booked a different moving company who never showed up for our cleaning. With 24 hours before our final walk-through with our landlord, we called Details at the recommendation of a mutual acquaintance. Leah at Details accomodated us - with great kindness and sympathy - and booked us a cleaning at 8:00 am the next day. We have gone through a few cleaning companies and finally landed on Details Home Services. The customer service on top of the actual cleaning is the best we've had at any of our houses. When I was home with my newborn earlier this year, I asked them to call me 30 min before coming so I could decide to stay or leave. They called every time and even switched their plan for the house a few times that we were in ther middle of a bottle so I could finish and head out. We only have then come every other week and even with a husky puppy, it's enough. They clean all surfaces and furniture in all rooms each time and then rotate the wood blinds and a couple other things per our agreement. We'd highly recommend them. I usually never post reviews (it takes too long), but as someone who hires companies based off the reviews I read, I decided I would pay it forward and take the time to write a review because we were so happy with our experience! We just hired Details Home Service for monthly cleaning service. With three kids and working full time its hard to find time to actually deep clean your house. I literally walked in after work and started crying because it looked so good. I cant remember the last time I was able to clean my entire house on the same day, so walking in and having everything cleaned at the same time was an amazing feeling. I told my two oldest not to touch anything for 5 mins while I enjoyed it!! My 10 year old thought I was crazy, and my 3 year old wanted to know when he could pull his trains out :) but those 5 mins were amazing before the toys came out! :) My appliances looked as new as they did when we moved in they were so clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. Add that the baseboards and window sills were also cleaned, bedspreads perfect, blankets folded, -- it was amazing. I had 4 services bid and their pricing was great too. We have been using Details for a few years now and Team 8 (Yerandi and Maria) are the best cleaning crew we have ever had clean our house. They are so friendly and always do a super fabulous job. There are occasionally special areas we want them to focus on, and without a doubt they go above and beyond making sure those areas (and all of the normal areas!) are hit. They are also very detail oriented, making sure to clean, for example, all of your wood blinds, under the cabinets in the kitchen, etc. whereas previous cleaning companies were always trying to cut corners. Maria always checks in at the end to have us do a walk-through which we appreciate. The office staff at Details are great also - very easy to work with and truly care about their customers. My recurring cleaning with Details is one of the best parts of my month. When we return home from work, the house is spotless. They're able to get some of our appliances cleaner than the day we bought them (something I still can't duplicate on my own). The customer service is always prompt- the few times we've had to email with a question or request. They come every 4 weeks and we barely need to clean the house between cleanings. It's the best investment I've made in a while- one less thing for my husband and I to have to bicker about who is doing more, or who is not, doing the cleaning! More...

I was very skeptical when my wife told me she wanted to spend hundreds of dollars to get our house "deep cleaned." As a frugal guy, my snap judgement was that a cleaning service with bells and whistles, especially ones we probably didn't need, couldn't be worth it. Well, at least with Details Home Services doing the work, I was wrong. Very, very wrong.Tiffany at DHS helped onboard us to their process, quality, and had endless patience as I peppered her with about 20 questions over the phone. She was accommodating in her scheduling, great with setting expectations, and was just enjoyable to communicate with. The real test, of course, was in the cleaning itself.The two-person crew they sent did everything we asked of them – happily and professionally – not to mention humored me with two rather unreasonable on-the-spot requests and got them done. It's fascinating to see how fast and well they can clean with green, non-abrasive, and non-toxic products.However, they did accidentally overbill me for the work. But Mike Newcome on their team quickly apologized, explained the problem (it was completely innocent), and cut me a check that day for the overpayment amount. I would recommend DHS over and over when you add up all the pros they have going for them. They run a tight, clean ship and I'm really pleased with the results. More...

We used them to clean a home before listing it. I booked a Saturday appointment and the two man crew arrived on time and stayed late to finish the job. They were very thorough and efficient.
