As a coach you are getting more than just someone who helps you workout! I am here to support and guide everyone through their journey and help reach new goals! As someone who is very into fitness I can help anyone who wants to make a change, I do not like to cookie cut at all as every person is different when it comes to fitness and nutrition!

I help my clients in variety of ways to achieve their fitness goals, this includes in and outside of the gym! We focus on all aspects of each client and make sure as a personal trainer to actively listen to what the client wants to achieve! Each client will be assessed and then we will curate a schedule for meeting times. A program and nutrition guide will be put together best to the clients body and needs. Communication will take place anytime by phone, email, and zoom. To make sure of accountability overtime check ins will be weekly or bi weekly depending on the client, and these check in will be for re evaluating the client and the progress made. If there are any changes to be made that can definitely be done! As a personal trainer I know it can get hard sometimes! I can be very flexible with everyone to make sure they are healthy and happy!

There is no secret! There are so many ways to making a change and one of the big intangibles that are important is consistency! Also, keep in mind that it takes time! It takes a lot of hard work and discipline in order to make a change!

I love the fact that I get to help people while I am doing something that I truly enjoy! I get to be in an environment that I love being in and seeing other people!

Clients should choose me because I focus and care much more about that client than the training and other fitness stuff that takes place. I want to make sure that each client that I take I can make a positive impact on them!

Programs and nutrition will be specifically tailored to every individual's needs and preferences, and we will make sure to work on all aspects of training and nutrition! (Stretching, mobility, weight training, cardio, etc.) To maintain progress and goals there will be direct line of communication and check ins every week! Not only fitness in general is mostly thought as a big physical aspect, but it is much more mental than it is physical! If there is any mental breaks or any help needed with mental health that is the most paramount! I am not only here to be your personal trainer but also your friend! I look forward to everyone that chooses to hire me! Thank you!
