The opportunity to meet a client in their home allows an opportunity to see the space and get a sense of their style. This let's get know each other meeting normally is 1-1.5 hours in length.

We then review the areas they would like to concentrate on and answer questions about lifestyle, family and guests that compliment the color palette and furnishing style we decide on.
A small retainer fee is required before sample selection and tradespeople (if applicable) are contacted for measurements.
Normally within 1-3 weeks a detailed written proposal along with samples are presented for the clients approval.
A short Letter of Agreement is presented which outlines specifically the areas and items we are handling for the client. The remaining consultation fee is paid and deposits collected before products are ordered and services are scheduled to start.
We are in constant contact with our clients during the ordering process until it is delivered into our warehouse to be scheduled for delivery and installation.
Once items are installed and delivered the outstanding balances are paid in full.

We work on a set fee basis vs an hourly rate for our consultations.
