What do you love most about your job?
Growing up here in Las Vegas, I've seen the amazing growth over the past 35 years and I understand its valued history, business and diversity. Las Vegas is a city of good fortune for scores of people, but there are many who need the generosity of others as well.
As a professional in the community, I am a steward of this beautiful place I call home and strive for meaningful Interior Design and in some small way, hope to help to contribute to its beauty and growth.

-This design experience is a do-it-yourself decorating solution that provides you with a master plan for creating a professionally designed space that you can implement at your own pace regardless of location or budget. You provide your room sizes, photos, budget and a custom design digital Inspiration Board(s) will be created, full of exciting suggestions for your project.

FF&E BUDGET DEVELOPMENT
-A preliminary FF&E budget is an essential cost control measure to help determine whether the clients ideas fit within dollar limits as well as ensure your building is the right size to accommodate FF&E needs.

-A detailed list of fittings, fixtures, furniture and furnishings to help inform clients of all the pieces to realise their vision. All these details helps them make an informed decision whether to go ahead and purchase these items.
THIRD-PARTY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
-Using a third-party project manager as an extension of your internal resource saves your team time and resources so that they can focus on their everyday responsibilities. A PM can apply knowledge, understanding of the industry, and experience from past projects in order to implement cost-saving strategies into your project all while being your company’s point of contact, champion and advocate throughout the life of the project, making sure that the clients interests are upheld at all times.
THIRD-PARTY DRAWING REVIEW
-A third-party design review can bring a necessary level of objectivity to designs that gives project owners an added layer of protection against last-minute rework by identifying and ultimately preventing significant issues. The entire process can take place during any phase. The earlier it takes place, the more significant value that can be added to a construction project.
OWNER REPRESENTATION
An Owner’s Representative is the person/company who represents the owner of a project. Advising the owner to ensure the owner’s project needs are met and that the project comes in on time and under budget. An Owner’s Representative can help companies and organizations that don’t have this capability or enhance a company’s current in-house team, working across all stages of a project.
