I had the best 40th Birthday celebration I could ever imagine because of Desert Vibe Events!
Due to my Home Country Ukraine being under Russian attack we had to make many last minute re arrangements and Bianca handled it all perfectly! She was able not just re organize some things but she actually made it a very very very special event for everyone. My Birthday Cake turned out to be the most beautiful Birthday Cake I could ever wish for.

HIRE THIS TEAM!

I used Desert Vibe Events for my wedding in December of 2021. It was about 145 people.

Bianca and her team are truly incredible to work with. I was referred to Bianca by my venue, and let me say, my only regret is that I hadn’t found her sooner. As you are planning a wedding, you start to cross major things off: photographer, venue, florals, etc. and you think to yourself “oh this isn’t that hard” but then there was a moment about 3 months out when I had realized “wait, who is going to actually bring this all together, who will handle all these little details” and that’s when I found Bianca!

Bianca not only thought of every little detail from scheduling and coordination, but also was able to take my concepts and turn them into reality. She made little suggestions on tablescapes, how to work the dessert table, how to bring our sweetheart table from a table to a truly romantic dining moment in the middle of the ballroom, how to mic up our officiant, and was able to provide new ideas on how to execute so many things without breaking the bank. She was always conscious of cost without sacrificing aesthetic. She also took over communication with all the vendors so you can rest assured it is handled and included in her timeline of arrivals. She even found us some additional vendors for things we had completely forgotten about or wanted to add on top but didn’t know where to start (like an ice sculptor and transportation shuttles)

Not only that but I LOVED her style of communication. She would send me voice memos walking me through everything which was so much easier than trying to comb through an email or trying to find time on everyone’s busy schedules to set up so many calls (though we had some calls too!) and then I could easily take a minute or two to reply back via voice memo and save a text chain of misinterpreted information as well.

Additionally, the rest of her team are truly just pleasant people to work with. This is a family run business and her husband was helping put together our arch and some heavy lifting, and the two coordinators she provided Alicia and Roy, for the day of the event were cool cucumbers who made me feel like at ease. I also received compliments from our florist saying they were the best, nicest, easiest coordinators he had ever worked with and guests were like “wow they are so awesome!”

All in all I would highly recommend them for any event you have!

I contacted Desert Vibe in hopes of finding an event planner for my January 2022 wedding. I found so much more! Bianca immediately responded within hours of my inquiry. She was so sweet & professional. I showed her what we wanted and she went above and beyond. She answered every question I had and kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole wedding planning process. We did event planning, DJ, & photo booth rental with Desert Vibe. Bianca & Danny are the perfect duo! From our phone calls, in person meetings, & rehearsal - they were with us every step of the way. We had so many compliments on our wedding decor, table setups, & flowers. Many of our guests also mentioned speaking to Bianca the day of our wedding. Danny and Bianca with D-nice Entertainment absolutely nailed their service both before the wedding and on our special day. They were so helpful, thoughtful and positive in directing us to execute our vision.
On the day of the wedding, Danny worked really well with our coordinator, was punctual and extremely attentive. Many of our guests made the following comments: he was extremely attentive and upbeat, his skills were another level that my guests had never experienced before. He kept the vibe up and transitioned between music genres with ease.
Every time I, (The Bride), went on the floor to dance he made a point to have everyone celebrate me and gave us momentum. You can just tell he was paying attention to everyone all night and that honestly exceeded my expectations. He also brought these awesome lights that made this club atmosphere for our back yard wedding, make sure you add his special lighting system to your proposal. Overall we are more than pleased, we recommend them for ALL events not just weddings! We couldnt have found a nicer, more professional team. Thank you Danny and Bianca!

Danny and Bianca are the perfect duo, and made our wedding everything we dreamed of! They are friendly, reliable, amazing prices, and I could honestly go on and on about them. Best decision ever in hiring them, I thought we were just hiring a DJ, but they provided so much more than what I had in mind. We even got our photo backdrop from them, and Bianca & Danny did an incredible job keeping the night going. As a bride I had planned the entire event, and Bianca made it where I didn’t even have to think of what was next or keep the night flowing, she did it ALL for me. Bianca and Danny are absolutely amazing. They helped me in every aspect of my wedding. I felt like at one point my world was crashing down and they came to my rescue. They are so personable and outgoing and took so much stress off of me. Even helped me find another hotel when my air b&b said we couldn’t get ready there anymore with the bridal party. My day was absolutely perfect. Even with a little rain they jumped into action and saved the day. The music was on point. Everyone was having a great time. The venue Bianca helped me choose was absolutely amazing. Everyone said my wedding looked like it came out of a magazine. Thank you for everything you did to make my day absolutely amazing. Everyone will know it was you both that did everything you could to make my day unforgettable. We even got a grand entrance on horseback. The songs they helped me choose made the crowd smile.
