I'm usually long winded, but I'll try to be brief here. I've been around Derrick for almost 6 years now and have managed to develop a great relationship with not only Derrick but everyone who enters the doors of this facility. Following a year suspension in college, I had nowhere to turn to and Derrick offered me an opportunity to perfect my craft on a consistent basis here and I've been crafting ever since. Many have tried to turn me away, but I'm loyal to the system we have. I find myself more effective now than I was back then. Derrick is as committed as a Trainer as he was an an athlete. He's there with his clients at 5am, as well as all during the day and afternoons. The results are obvious. It is extremely hard to find dedicated professionals that are in it for results and not necessarily just the money.
