60min Therapeutic Massage
With 1 hour you can receive an integrative therapeutic massage with customized hands-on therapy with hot stones, cupping, and/or percussive/vibration devices. 60 minutes generally can give us enough time for a full-body approach, but time is of the essence, so variations of speed and pressure may vary and if there is any desire for any more concentration on a focus area; more or less time may be spent there and elsewhere.
90min Therapeutic Massage
With 90 minutes you can receive an integrative therapeutic massage with customized hands-on therapy with hot stones, cupping, and/or percussive/vibration devices. This is the most recommended as it has been found to be a good balance of time on the table and work on the body.
2hr Therapeutic Massage
With 2 hours you can receive an integrative therapeutic massage with customized hands-on therapy with hot stones, cupping, and/or percussive/vibration devices. More time gives us more bodywork and more thorough therapy.
