I am going to make every effort not to embarrass you! First of all, I received a telephone call from someone in the party the following day, swearing, and screaming. The ultimate response from me should have been "click".Instead, I listened to the vulgar and cantankerous tone used. Make no mistake, I do not adhere to threats or ultimatums. I responded very calmly that the matter would be addressed the following Monday.It was.The chauffeur Joanne indicated that 14, not 12, very large guests where in the limousine. The suspension's integrity was not ever compromised. The limousine adhered to a comprehensive diagnostic from our off site mechanics the following day.There were no issues.Each limousine is required to adhere to a 12 point check list prior to disembarking from the base of operation, which is very similar to what is used in aviation. Included in this check list are, proper preparation, climate system, proper fluid levels, tire pressure, fiber optic, and sound system. There were no reported issues on the signed chauffeur check list.I personally wrote the guest who chartered the limousine a heartfelt letter, offering dinner for two, and a ride through Bright Nights at Forest Park this Holiday Season in a Deluxe Limousine, and at no cost to the guest. Wish I could give these guys 7 stars!!!!! Spectacular service by Deluxe Limousine Service! We were looking for a Limo service for our son's 13th birthday party and we are absolutely heart warmed and impressed with this company! Getting a Limo was a last minute thought and Ed answered the phone during odd hours and put all my concerns to ease. Arranged the most beautiful & stunning stretch Limo we could have asked for at such a short notice! Made our son's 13th birthday super special!!! Driver, Trevor was so professional & courteous! Arrived a few minutes early and drove very responsibly with all these children in the car, waited patiently at the venue and drove back all the way to our driveway! The guys at Deluxe Limo were great! I used their services twice last month and was not let down in anyway. The first was a drop off into Manhattan. Our driver was early for pick up did not rush us to get on the road. The second was a quick ride to our wedding venue. A different driver this time, again early for pick up and never rushed us out. Both drivers were very friendly and professional! Working with this company is easy. It was a call in, I told Ed what I needed, and from there it was email messages with all details. Deluxe Limo provided an immaculately clean white limo for our wedding. The driver, Ed Pastulla, was incredible! He arrived on time and helped me get into the limo, and made sure my dress didn't get dirty. He explained how to control the heat and radio for the ride there and back. Once we arrived at the venue, Ed assisted my bridesmaids out of the limo and into the building. He ran back and forth into the the venue to speak with the wedding coordinator to make sure eveything was running on time and he helped bring in the bouquets. Ed even backed the limo right up to the door so I wouldn't have to walk as far with my train dragging on the ground!

The ride back home was delighful! Champagne was provided for us on the ride home. We had specifically requested a certain kind of champagne which Ed was unfamiliar with and he researched it and bought it just for us! He poured us both a glass of chapagne with glasses from his wedding 40 years prior!

When we arrived home; Ed waited outside the limo while my new husband got things ready inside the house. I even took note that Ed noticed our Christmas decorations on the front porch got knocked over, and he fixed them. Ed, held the house door open for us while my new hubby carried me over the threshold!

We were traveling from California for the Holidays and booked car service from our  NYC hotel to Westfield, MA on December 21 for 5 adults. After speaking with Ed, and not knowing if the weather would cooperate, he sent a roomy, comfortable large SUV that would be able to blow through anything. Luckily, the weather cooperated, and we had a very enjoyable ride with plenty of room for the 5 of us and our luggage. Trevor, our driver was terrific. He was courteous, professional and it was a joy to ride with him -- we even left NYC 2 mins before the scheduled 2:00 p.m. pickup time. He was gracious and attentive to our needs (i.e., bathroom breaks!!)  We made good time and managed to get home in time for dinner with our family.  We so appreciate everything you did and we will definitely use your services again should the need arise. While many other Limo services didn't answer the phone at 8PM this company did. Friends and I were celebrating a birthday and had a trip planned to CT to have some fun. While we were at dinner I had a thought to hire a Limo Driver instead of driving all the way out there. I made a few calls and stumbled across Deluxe. I told him we'd have to be picked up around 9:30 to make it to our event at 10:30 - he assured me he could make this work.The limo driver was on time, very nice and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and very spacious.For a company like this to accommodate me at 8pm on a Saturday night, provide on time incredible service and get us home safe and sound is incredible. I was greeted at the airport (close to midnight!) by a smiling , courteous and professional driver who assisted me with my luggage. Driver Eddie was a perfect gentleman, who added a little "flair to the ordinary"--- not even an unexpected (and RARE!) flat tire on his stretch limousine in the airport garage could take away from his demeanor. after quickly changing the tire, we were off ( he did all the work!!). Eddie clearly loves his job, and he represents his company well. owners Ed, Tim and Gene set a high standard for their drivers and service-- and my experience was living proof. the price is very reasonable and it is very clear that the safety, security and comfort of passengers is their highest priority. This was the best decision I made when planning my Wedding....They really treated us like royalty. From the start...They picked me up at my mom's house where they rolled out a red carpet! so I wouldn't get my dress dirty walking out to the car...the driver carried my train so that my Mom and Bridesmaids could get themselves and all our stuff into the limo comfortably. We arrived at the church just on time. the driver went in and helped my bridesmaids walk in at the correct time and made everything flawless (we didn't have a wedding planner). I had a white runner rolled out just before I came down and they made sure it was secure as the groomsman who brought it down did not know how to do that part. The driver came out (I'm sorry I can't remember their names) and got my mother and I (she walked me down the aisle) and helping to reassure us, being nervous, they told us exactly when to head down the aisle. After the ceremony we did a receiving line in the church and they brought my Hubby and I cold water also helping to direct flow of traffic out of the church. Afterward, they shut the church doors, gave us a moment to collect ourselves and then opened the doors for us as we walked out while everyone cheered. They brought us ice cold water during pictures as well and then even set up a champagne toast for our wedding party and ourselves! All apart of what Deluxe does....REALLY worth every penny. Looking back we all agreed that this was the best choice we made; like a Wedding planner and Limo service in one! They also drove us to Boston and back for our Honeymoon flights and what a wonderful service that was!
