Wow! Just WOW! This company was so easy to work with, and was so punctual despite having to navigate parking and DTLA traffic. This is the second time I've worked with Victor's team! They were super efficient, so kind and did a great job. Afterwards, I pointed out a few spots that I felt could be improved and Victor was more than happy to re-clean them. He stayed an extra 20 minutes just fixing any small things I pointed out. Couldn't be more happy about Deluxe Cleaning Company! I was away for 4 months and needed a deep clean in my apartment as soon as I got back. Victor responded me right away and was able to send out his amazing team on the same day! The price was very reasonable compared to other cleaning companies and the apartment looked amazingly clean! The cleaning was great! Very professional, responsive and friendly. I called and was scheduled within 2 days which was great because I needed doggy urine to be cleaned from my expensive couch ASAP. Service was about 2 months ago and its like the accident never happened. The guy who showed up went above and beyond to make sure the stain was gone. This cleaning service is amazing!  I called on a Saturday afternoon after my kitchen had flooded with dirty grease water from a clog in the pipe, and was desperate to have the area cleaned and sanitized.  Victor was able to send out an amazing cleaning crew that went above and beyond my expectations.  Not only did they clean out all of the drawers that had been effected by the leak, and clean my floors, and all of my dishes and countertops that were also affected, but they left my sink cleaner and whiter than I had ever seen it and my stove top looking brand new!  I highly recommend this company to anyone with an emergency cleaning job as well as for anyone that needs their home cleaned on a regular basis.  To top it off, the crew was not only friendly and professional, but also very efficient. We were getting our studio apartment's very first deep Clean and I was very nervous about it! Victor fit his team into my schedule and corresponded directly over the phone with me during the entire process. My appointment did have to start one hour later than it was supposed to because of traffic, but it's LA, so whatever! I had taken the entire day off so it was not that big of a deal to me and when I saw the finished result of my apartment, it was DEFINITELY not that big of a deal anymore. I can't say enough good things about this company. We were moving out of our 5 bedroom, 5 bath house and it was really dirty. They cleaned every last inch - the insides of drawers, the outside patios and balconies, the three car garage, all the windows inside and out, even an outside upstairs window that I have no idea how they were able to reach it. I couldn't stop saying 'wow' and 'look how clean that is'. It looks better than when we moved in! Victor was very professional and they were finished in 5 hours. I am in love with this company!  I am moving into a University owned apartment where the previous tenants did not touch a cleaning tool once -- for over five years.  Although the place itself is beautiful, the condition the ex-tenants left it in was absolutely horrendous.  Because I am taking over the lease rather than starting a new one, the Uni does not do any cleaning for me :/...This is where Deluxe Cleaning Company comes in!  I had a quick Yelp message chat with Victor, and I was able to schedule a deep cleaning for the apartment that same weekend.  Although the place was NOT left COMPLETELY spotless, the team of 4 more than exceeded my expectations.  They took the oven apart and cleaned every nook and corner of the thing, took apart all of our windows so they could clean inside and out (my roommate was very happy about this).  They cleaned the CEILINGS in the bathroom.  They cleaned around and underneath most of the furniture in my living room even though I told them they didn't need to.  It was too clustered because all of my move-in boxes and furniture, so I didn't want to trouble them... but they did it!Before today, I did not want to step foot inside the apartment.  Now, I can proudly say that I will be able to comfortably live in this dwelling.  Thank you thank you thank you :).Before and after pictures attached of the kitchen. These are the best cleaners I've used in LA. They do a really deep clean of the entire home. They cleaned hard to reach areas such as behind the stove. I had no idea how much dirt and dust there was until they came and got into every crack and crevice. They stayed longer than expected in order to make sure my house was spotless. Victor and his team are awesome and I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a deep clean or just maintenance of their home. His response time is quick. I barely remember having to wait to hear back from him. When I ran into some timing issues and messaged him through the Yelp app the night before they were due to come, he was able to reply back to me after hours to accommodate my later request. And on the day of service, he made sure he was available to update me on his team's arrival time. Amazing job! Our landlord hired them to do a full house cleaning as well as carpet steam cleaning for our townhouse this past weekend after our termite fumigation was completed. They were extremely responsive considering the short notice, and did an excellent job. The crew (4 of them) was courteous and friendly. Our place is now clean as new. We were very impressed with their detailed work, and they went above and beyond the call of duty by offering to carry a few of our packed boxes too (wasn't expecting this). I was charged with the responsibility of having an apartment cleaned for an elderly friend who was not very enthusiastic about keeping his own house for more than 20 years.  Nobody wanted to say anything to this friend about his disgusting apartment because nobody wanted to encroach on this gentlemen's independence.  When our elderly friend got a sepsis infection and had to spend three weeks between a hospital stay and a rehab, we decided to do something about it.  After interviewing several professional cleaning operations, I selected Deluxe because of all the great Yelp reviews and the proprietor Victor's throrough explanation on the telephone.I explained that even though the apartment was a studio, that it was filthy beyond compare and that a total deep cleaning was mandatory.  Even the picture moulding surrounding the ceiling was covered with black dust and all the light fixtures were full of dead bugs. Every wall was covered with black and the kitchen was unspeakable.On cleaning day the crew showed up and got right down to business immediately. They gave that place a fiersome once over from the top down.  The three person crew were there for well over 8 hours!Victor cleaned an atrociously dirty carpet (you just don't know how bad it was) with a professional industrial grade carpet cleaner to the point where the nap was visible for the first time in over ten years.  What I thought were permanent stains in the toilet and bathtub ended up being completely eradicated by their methods.  For its condition, he was able to get it shockingly clean.I simply could not believe how fresh smelling he was able to get that apartment becuase it really really stank!Some days later, shortly before my friend was due to come back home, I noticed that the ladies who cleaned the kitchen forgot to move the stove away from the wall and that spot was still in need of some serious heavy grease removal.  I phoned Victor to explain the problem. He immediately agreed to come back and finish the work within 48 hours.  He did exactly what he said was going to even several days AFTER he was paid in full. Now THATS integrity.The end result is that our elderly friend was able to return to a clean and hygienic apartment, that was orders of magnitude better than it was. Despite this, he still bitched us out and ranted and raved about it (which fell on partially deaf ears) before calming down enough to be grateful to the point of tears.I would trust Deluxe for your major cleaning job. This was the first time I have used a cleaning service.  First of all, I contacted at least four house cleaning companies and Deluxe Cleaning Company was the first one that responded to my inquiry.  Their Yelp profile said that they will respond in 20 minutes.  Well, they responded to me within minutes!  Although my primary purpose is having deep house cleaning service, trust and service are utmost important to me.  Victor and his team have exceeded my expectations.  I came home from work and once I opened the door, my house smelled so clean and everywhere I looked it was shiny and impeccably clean.  They even cleaned areas that I didn't expect (gazebo and patios) since it was not part of our initial conversation. I am a very satisfied customer and will utilize their services on a frequent basis.  Gotta go....  I'm now negotiating with Victor on pricing...  Happy! More...

These guys were awesome!  They came to do a deep cleaning of my place this past weekend and were very thorough and efficient.  I've had other cleaning services before but Deluxe cleaned areas that may have never been touched before by other companies.  It's even the little details such as lifting the edges of large area rugs to get anything that gets caught along the sides.  The lead guy told me it's a family business they've had for about 10+ years.  And it shows because some other businesses seem to just hire random cleaners who don't have a vested interest in doing the absolute best job ... but the Deluxe folks that came out were owners and their pride showed in their work.  They were also very friendly.  I'm very pleased with their services and would definitely hire them again.  Thank you Deluxe! :) More...

I scheduled a move out cleaning with deluxe cleaning for my last move. I spoke to the owner and he gave me a very reasonable rate. I had tried two other cleaning companies before for past move outs. The two other companies I used were almost twice as expensive and did inferior cleaning jobs. Deluxe cleaning left my house spotless and the owner came to my apartment himself. He and Josslyn thoroughly cleaned the oven and the refrigerator along with the rest of my apartment. They were both very friendly and professional. I don't regularly have my house cleaned but I had such a pleasant experience with this company and the rate was so affordable I just might start!!  Support this business!
